At 8h this morning SIM fire fighters responded to to the address of 4720 St-Jean Blvd in Pierrefonds, a suburb of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. They responded for a code clawson 27 meaning a penetrating trauma, before getting an update mentioning that a patient had been shot. Upon arrival, multiple other emergency crews at the scene provided first aid in an attempt to save the victim's life. But injuries were too severe and the victim was declared dead on scene. Numerous police vehicles from the SPVM gathered at the scene among them a K9 unit, media relation and GI tactical officers. A police dog canvassed the cordoned off area around the parking lot in front of ''Dejeuner'' a breakfast restaurant. In a recent update to the story, the victim was identified as notorious mafioso Andrew Scoppa. His brother Salvatore Scoppa was shot dead at a Sheraton Hotel in Laval back in May of this year.
À 8h ce matin les pompiers du SIM ont reçu l'appel pour une fusillade à un restaurant de déjeuner au coin du boul St-Jean et de la rue Harry-Worth à Pierrefonds dans l'ouest de l'ile. En route vert la scène, ils ont reçu l'information qu'un patient aurait été atteint de projectile d'arme à feu. À leur arrivée, plusieurs autres équipes d'urgence les ont joint pour venir en aide à un homme soufrant de blessûres par balle. Ils ont tout fait pour sauver le patient mais en vain, il a été déclaré mort sur scène. Plusieurs autos patrouille du SPVM ont été déployées ainsi que les relations média et des membres tactiques du GI. Un maître chien a aussi été apperçu en train d'examiner les lieux du crime. Des détails récents mentionnent que la victime serait le chef mafieux Andrew Scoppa. Son frère Salvatore Scoppa avait lui aussi été tué par balle dans un hotel Sheraton de Laval en mai dernier.
